I thought of using it, at first I only use to do the final rinse with diluted ACV and trust me it made my hair shiny and frizz-free and also healthy. That’s when I decided to search for apple cider vinegar hair growth recipe and use them.

Before moving forward, let us first understand what is Apple cider vinegar? ACV is a type of vinegar that is made by fermenting smashed up apples.  Vinegar is made from carbohydrates. It is made when sugar is broken down by yeast or bacteria and it gets converted into alcohol and then into acetic acid.

  1. Apple Cider Vinegar Massage- Massaging your scalp with diluted ACV helps to minimize oil production. It penetrates deep into hair follicles and removes any kind of build-up. It makes sure your hair is clean and healthy.

How to use:

  • Take 3 tbsp. of ACV
  • 2 tbsp. of water
  • Dilute the ACV and apply it on your scalp
  • Leave it for 10 minutes
  • Wash it off with mild shampoo.
  1. Apple Cider Vinegar and Tea Tree Oil Massage- Tea tree oil is very beneficial and acts as a natural antiseptic. It helps to remove dandruff. This combination helps to remove the flaking from the scalp.

How to use:

  • Take 3 tbsp. of ACV
  • 3 drops of tea tree oil
  • Combine them in a bowl
  • Massage your scalp with the solution
  • Leave it for 10 minutes
  • Wash it off with mild shampoo and conditioner.
  1. Chamomile and ACV Rinse- Chamomile tea helps to soothe your scalp and also relieve it from any irritation and itching. It adds extra shine and glow on the hair.

How to use:

  • Take 1 tbsp. of ACV
  • 1 cup fresh chamomile tea
  • Brew a cup of chamomile tea and add 1 tbsp. of ACV
  • Keep the bowl aside and leave it undisturbed
  • After shampoo and conditioner use this solution for a final rinse
  • Let it air-dry.
  1. Baking soda and ACV- Baking soda is one excellent cleansing agent. It helps to remove dandruff and also exfoliates the skin. It maintains the pH balance of the hair and does not rip away any natural oils from the hair.

How to use:

  • Take 2 tbsp. of baking soda
  • 2 tbsp. of ACV
  • Mix them to form a paste
  • Apply this paste on your scalp and massage the scalp properly
  • Leave it for 5 minutes and wash it off with plain water.
  1. Aloe Vera and Apple Cider Vinegar- We all know how effective is aloe vera for hair and when combined with ACV, it becomes one of the best recipes for hair. Aloe vera heals your scalp and prevents flaking. ACV helps to remove dandruff and moisturizes the hair.

How to use:

  • Take a fresh cute aloe vera and extract its gel
  • Take 6 tbsp. of aloe vera gel
  • 1 tbsp. of ACV
  • 5 tbsp. of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • Mix them all in a jar and apply it on your hair
  • Leave it for 5 minutes and rinse it off with plain water
  1. Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey- This is another growth recipe for ACV. In this, Honey acts as a moisturizing agent and helps to lock the moisture in the hair. It keeps the hair hydrated. ACV helps to balance the pH level of the scalp and keep it clean.

How to use:

  • Take 1/3 cup of ACV
  • 2 tbsp. of raw honey
  • Mix them in a bottle
  • Apply them by dividing your hair.
  • Leave it for 15 minutes.
  • Wash it off with shampoo and water
  1. Lemon and ACV- This combination helps to get rid of dandruff. Lemon is rich in antifungal properties and vitamin C, it helps to treat dandruff, reduces irritation, and also soothes itching scalp.

How to use: 

  • Take ¼ cup of ACV
  • ½ tbsp. of olive oil
  • 5 tbsp. of tea tree oil
  • 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of water
  • Mix them all in a bowl, and apply it on your hair and scalp both.
  • Leave it for 30 minutes
  • Wash it off with shampoo
